Moving towards balance and contentment
"What is important is that you experience your life as worth living—one that is satisfying, and one that brings happiness."
- Dr. Marsha Linehan
What To Expect At Your Visit
Middle Path Psychology is based on the concept of "walking the Middle Path." This means moving away from extremes- extreme emotional responses, thoughts, and actions- and instead moving towards more balance. It is about accepting reality while also changing it.
As a licensed clinical psychologist, I primarily work with adults (ages 18+) who struggle with distressing thoughts and emotions that lead to unhelpful behaviors. This can often look like depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, trauma-related conditions, emotion dysregulation, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and more. These experiences can take a toll on our self-esteem, functioning at work/school, and our relationships. Let's work together to work through these challenges and help you build the life you want.
